Life turns out to be often like a never-ending ups and downs hill. So whenever things don’t work as expected, you are overcome by it to such an extent that you even lose track of or sight of the journey undertaken.

Then is there always an easier way to put up with it? Here indeed is "Pray, Trust, Wait"—a sort of simple mantra that not only reassures you from all troubles but also that which patience could do to clear fog from a man’s path. The mantra begins, "Pray."

Prayer is time to connect. Whether this is called meditation, reflection, or something else, it’s a time to share one’s heart. Take a deep breath, speak freely, and let yourself feel the comfort of knowing you do not have to bear burdens alone.

The simple act of sharing worries, goals, and dreams in prayer can be quite grounding. Trust It is even more dangerous when the results are less than clear.

But faith starts with believing that anything could be working for our good, even when things don’t make sense. To trust that some unknown makes sense if the timing isn’t just yet; even those things sometimes are strength, resilience, and perspective.

Wait Probably the hardest thing is waiting. It can be uncomfortable and often frustrating. But, in waiting, there is still much chance to grow, to wait for everything to fall into place, and to prepare you for what is going to happen next.

Rather than thinking that you are wasting your time while waiting, consider it the preparatory phase and the period of possibility.

Life learns to surprise you in these quiet times. So, if you ever face an uncertainty, remember to pray, trust, and wait.

The reminder is so simple—most of the time it is not the peace brought about by immediately getting your answers but patiently finding a surrender and faith.
