I was listening to Taylor’s Swift song This is me Trying. This caught my attention:
They told me all of my cages were mental
🎶 So I got wasted like all my potential
And my words shoot to kill when I’m mad
I have a lot of regrets about that — Taylor Swift
I just overthink it a little bit and related all this and found myself in tears. Many times it’s not always others or outside forces that let us down, but sometimes our own self doubts, insecurities, limited beliefs.
These all things cause us sometimes to act harshly on our loved ones. While we are being boiled from the inside we took all that heat on our loved ones.
In the end except regrets nothing is left, what once has come out of the mouth it has.
